Each 60-minute session (£15) includes access to our circular sauna — inspired by traditional huts where community could gather and grow — along with refreshing 10°C ice baths and a chilled relaxation area. With a maximum of 12 people per session, the atmosphere stays calm, spacious, and welcoming.
Move at your own pace — cycle between heat, cold, and rest, or simply settle into what your body needs.
Enjoy the space entirely to yourselves with a private sauna experience designed for deeper relaxation and connection.
