At Soil & Salt Sauna, we believe in slowing down, grounding deeply, and reconnecting with what matters most — nature, community, family, and self.

Founded by Locryn and Sophie on our 5th-generation farm, Soil & Salt was born from a shared love of simple rituals and wild places. Our name reflects what we stand for. Soil represents grounding and growth, but also regrowth — where things begin, where they are nurtured, and where they return. Salt carries the breath of the sea — wind-swept, fresh, and alive — evoking renewal, cleansing, and the quiet, untamed power of the ocean.

Together, these elements shape an experience that is both restorative and real. We give and take in equal measure, like the Bucca — a balance of offering and receiving, of land and spirit.

This is a space that invites you to pause. Whether you are stepping into the heat, plunging into cold water, swinging gently in a hammock, or sitting quietly between cycles, you are welcome to simply be. To breathe, reset, and return.

There is no rush here. No distractions (aside from the occasional pig). Just fire, water, and time.
